Zachary Downing

Zachary Downing is an Associate for both the Financial Institutions and Corporate Investment Banking groups for Commerce Street Capital. Mr. Downing previously worked for Randstad Technologies, a global technology solutions company supporting digital transformation initiatives. Since joining Commerce Street Capital in August of 2025, Mr. Downing has led due diligence, valuation, and transaction workstreams for several live mandates across both Financial Institutions and Corporate Investment Banking verticals.
Mr. Downing received his MBA from The University of Texas – McCombs School of Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and his BBA from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
He is a registered representative and holds the FINRA SIE, 63 and 79 licenses.
