Montana L. Fuller
Senior Associate
Montana Fuller is a Senior Associate in the Financial Institutions Group for Commerce Street Capital, LLC. Mr. Fuller advises clients and provides analytical support on both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, valuations and fairness opinions, debt and equity capital raises, balance sheet restructuring, and in their strategic planning efforts. He is responsible for assisting on deal processes and executing transactions of those varieties, as well. Mr. Fuller also oversees the development of projection and merger models, as well as pro forma and valuation analysis as part of delivering valuation and fairness opinions.
Prior to joining Commerce Street in 2019, Mr. Fuller was with Stephens Inc. where he started his investment banking career in their two-year Investment Banking Analyst Program. While at Stephens, he worked on IPOs, fairness opinions and both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for public and private companies.
Mr. Fuller is a summa cum laude graduate of Henderson State University, with a B.B.A in Finance. While attending Henderson State University, he was a starting offensive lineman on its nationally ranked, Division II football team. Outside of work, he is a majority owner in Fuller Angus Ranch which raises Registered Angus cattle in Osage County, Oklahoma.
Mr. Fuller is a registered representative and has passed the FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 and 79 examinations and was awarded the Investment Foundations certificate from the CFA Institute.
