Carolyn Anderson

With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Carolyn Anderson is a Managing Director in Business Development and Private Placements, charged with strategic sales management and client relationship cultivation. Ms. Anderson joined Commerce Street in September of 2023, and plays a pivotal role in building trusted relationships and sourcing client engagements across our full suite of services.

Prior to joining Commerce Street, Ms. Anderson was a Partner / Executive Director for CrossFirst Bank, leading their market expansion into Dallas. Designing and implementing private banking strategies, she recruited and developed an experienced and successful team of sales and service associates to execute on those initiatives. Prior to CrossFirst, she held executive positions with Iberiabank (formerly First Private Bank), and Bank of America/U.S. Trust. Her expertise in financial services has helped develop collaborative relationships with other professionals in wealth management, trust and estate planning, tax and legal services.

Passionate about community service, she has served on the boards of various organizations and has been an active volunteer for Equest Therapeutic Riding Center, Love for Kids, Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce and One World Surgery.

Ms. Anderson holds a BA in Speech and Organizational Communications from Washburn University. She is a registered representative and has passed the FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 examinations.
